British Jewry Should Invest In Real Estate in Israel Now!

Tisha Ba'av has past and many would be investors have been waiting for this moment to think seriously of buying property in Israel. The dollar to shekel ratio is low but steady today at 4.2410 Israeli shekels to the US dollar, whilst the pound sterling is very high at 8.7237 shekels to the pound sterling. This means that now is a remarkable window of opportunity to buy real estate in Israel. What is more interesting is that Bloomhousing has a large number of new luxury apartments in Netanya and Modiin for sale. If the response is good, we should be able to acheive huge discounts (some up to 9% and possibly more) from some top bulding contractors. This means that if you buy in developing areas like Netanya, Ramat Poleg or in Modiin for example, you would be making an incredible investment in the Israeli real estate market. I am sure that many potential buyers will be contacting me in the near future to be part of these unique and rewarding ventures into the Israeli real estate market.  My advice to British Jewry at this time is take a holiday from rainy soggy England and come to sunny Israel, contact me and find a great deal that could mean that you would own a sunny and  beautiful home by the sea in Netanya, or buy in the dynamic and developing young city of Modiin.
I am now looking out of my living room and I am taking a moment to enjoy  and reflect on the delightful view of unripe grapfruits, oranges, tangerines, anna apples, figs, pomegranates, mangos, limes and lemons  basting  in the Israeli sun in my adorable garden, I can think of nothing better than owning a tiny part of Israel that I can call my home. I have fulfilled my dream, now maybe is your chance.

Have a wonderful day
