What a weekend, we had boiling temperatures here in Israel, our air conditioning was working overtime. The shekel exchange rate is also warming up, the  pound sterling to shekel exchange rate increased by 0.533% and is now at 8.8055, whilst the dollar increased by 1.076 reaching 4.3210. The dollar exchange rate has caused a chaotic seesaw reaction in regards to the second hand real estate market in Israel. Normally 2nd hand property was sold in dollars, then when the Dollar plummeted below 4, vendors wanted to sell according to a shekel asking price. Now we are heading back to asking prices in Dollars again. I am organising some fantastic deals in regards to new luxury sea view appartments in Ramat Poleg.
