A new shopping center opened yesterday in Modiin. One is the name and is situated next to the already successful Ishpro open shopping center. It is no surprise that developers are investing so much money into Modiin. They know like so many of us who have already bought real estate in Modiin that not only is Modiin the city of the future, but it is today's town, a city which is developing at a staggering rate. So what is One? One is an open shopping center catering for a wide range of people. Tiv Ta'am the non kosher supermarket chain was the first business to open a few months ago. Yesterday most of the other businesses opened with a grand opening party. One will have many shops including a Cafe Joe, Beitili, Home Center, Best Buy, Lemetayel - Issta, Mega sport, Kravitz and a large Toys R Us. This is fantastic news for Modiin and will surely be a major boost to the needs of Modiin residents and to the whole area around Modiin.
Modiin is really moving on, yesterday I took my children and guest from the UK to the best Humous in Israel in Ishpro Modiin, we then wandered around, playing guitars in the Klei Zemer music shop and then buying a few groceries at the large Mega supermarket. We do not have to travel outside Modiin, we have such a wonderful choice of shops here and many people outside of Modiin are heading here for their shopping.
