Buying New Properties In Israel

Even with the collapse of Hefziba I firmly believe that buying property from developers is the way to achieve the best investment deals. What is important is to do things in a correct and sensible way. The most important step in my opinion is to hire a good lawyer who is experienced in the real estate field. Many people believe that they can purchase a new property and save on their own lawyers expenses or hire a friend or relative who does the work for free but is not experienced enough in real estate. Through lack of competence and experience deals often lag on for months and break apart because of silly and ridiculous reasons. A good lawyer will know what to do and move fast but with care and skill so that their customers interests are guarded in the best  possible way. I have inserted a link from the Haaretz newspaper about tips on buying real estate in Israel. It is well worth the read and I hope will be useful to you: http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/pages/ArticleContent.jhtml?itemNo=875289

Don't forget that I am organising a group for Dimri apartments in Modiin and Netanya and that the more people interested will mean better discounts.

Have a good week
