MAS MECHIRA means SALES TAX
VA'AD BAIYIT means HOUSE COMMITEE (MONTHLY PAYMENTS)
HEITAL HASHBACHA means CAPITAL GAINS TAX
ARNONA means CITY TAXES
MINHAL MIKARKA'EI ISRAEL means ISRAEL LAND AUTHORITY
