I have been searching a long time for a property development in Israel that would be ideal not only as a magnificent holiday home, but also as a great full time abode for those deciding to make Alliya and also be a truly wonderful investment as well . I know that Netanya is in the hearts of many Jewish people living outside of Israel and nothing can be better than owning an apartment with glorious views over the Mediterranean sea.
So I began my search for the perfect answer. Netanya is moving southwards, and so the future of where the action will be is South Beach and Ir Yamim opposite the highly respected and expensive Ramat Poleg neighborhood. Ir Yamim will have all the facilities that one could dream of, including close proximity to Ramat Poleg country club, shopping centers, schools, synagogues, beautiful promenades along the beach, bicycle paths, these being just an example of what will be. The developer has also thought about low maintenace costs, so there are no monthly expensive payments on swimming pools and spas. These apartments just have to be the best choice for anyone intersted in purchasing luxury real estate within a minutes walking distance from the sea and waking up to a glistening mediteranean sunrise. Having taken some influential businessmen to see the project, I understood that I am not the only one to understand the tremendous potential of this mighty development. UK Jewry must be getting really excited because soon flights to Israel will be diving to very low prices with Thompson's, so that means that the British could commute without too much expense from UK to Israel. If all what I have been saying is not exciting enough, there is more to tell: I am working hard to organise large discounts for these apartments, so for people living outside  of Israel who want to buy from Dimri, this could be a one time oportunity, so if you are a private person or have influence in your community or have friends and relatives interested in this exciting adventure you now have an incredible chance of buying into one of Israel's best and most exciting Sea View residential developments of the decade, and at a very attractive price. The larger amount of interested people that contact me in order to buy will mean even larger discounts and this can only be good to all concerned.
