Kfar Haoranim
I like to give information about places in Israel that might be interesting for buying real estate. Some people want to live outside of town and so here is a good example of an interesting and quiet part of Israel which is situated in a central part of Israel and in a good location. If you are looking for real estate close to Modiin but outside of the city in a rural location then you might be interested in Kfar Haoranim which is situated next to Lapid. Kfar-Haoranim, lies between Shilat Moshav and Kfar-Ruth. It is situated near Ben-Shemen forest (a nice place for hiking, cycling and picnic). Kfar-Haoranim is a 500 families community with a rural village atmosphere, it has high level educational services, cultural events, courses for children and adults, synagogue, children playgrounds, sports yards, a post office, kindergartens and primary school , and a future plan of a sports club.

Do you have any tips or advice for finding properties in either Kfar Haoranim or Lapid? I am particularly interested in Lapid, but have no idea where to start?
