Modiin municipality gives away a map of Modiin in Hebrew or English.
"Bloomhousing: and "Buchman Real Estate" have an exclusive 5.5 room duplex cottage with lovely garden for sale in South Buchman, Modiin. This is a beautiful apartment / house, and very recommended by both Jacob Lichter and myself.
I am very disturbed that a minority of homeowners in Modiin, in the past few months have been asking one price for their properties, then once an offer is placed, they are upping their asking price. This is a very unfair way to behave and is giving Modiin a very bad reputation. I would suggest that those homeoners should think very carefully before they decide to sell and decide very carefully how much they want to ask for their homes before putting them on the market. It is a very disturbing and dishonorable way to behave and this kind of manipulation by vendors should be stopped immediately. Buyers and real estate brokers devote a tremendous amount of time and effort in searching for suitable properties, many potential buyers come from abroad in order to buy real estate and they are being messed about by a small minority. This hurts potential buyer's feelings and wastes their valuable time . Just this last week I have seen a few cases of this behaviour. It maybe that those who put up their properties up for sale do not realize the damage that they are causing, but I cannot emphasise how they are hurting potential buyers and wasting real estate agents time. I hope today's blog will reach the eyes of future vendors and they will think a hundred times before putting their properties up for sale.
Let's hope that from now on things will change for the better. Tonight Modiin will see its first train leave Pe'atey Modiin station. Every few weeks something new opens in this wonderful and dynamic city. Next year we hope to see many more wonderful developments finished in this amazing city.
