Netanya is the Israeli town that many tourists and new immigrants seem to be interested in. It is central, close to Tel Aviv and also close to Ceasaria famous for its beautiful golf course. It has delightful and well looked after beaches, wonderful hotels, an abundance of enticing real estate, it has facilities for  religous Jews from nearly all backgrounds, and during the summer its beaches are sparkling with the rays of Israel's golden sun.
