Well yesterday was another long day for Jacob Lichter and I. We now have exclusivity for a beautiful Kaf Alef detached house with basement in Yehuda Street in Buchman Modiin. This is a beautiful house and with a normal asking price. Although we already had this property for sale, the owners had been asking too high a price. We try very hard to make sure that properties are not overpriced and always tell our buyers and vendors our honest opinion. Jacob and I are the most experienced agents working in Buchman and we know the market not from rumours but from actually selling Buchman real estate and knowing the true closing prices not the rediculous asking prices that are often advertised. The local media is also writing articles that is having an affect on vendors and buyers, claiming that prices are rising 10% each month. Prices have risen due to various factors in the past few months, the train and shopping centres are reasons and the summer time is the busy time in Israel real estate market, families needing homes before school begins. The last few months have been a sellers market, now is the time for buyers to buy without being under pressure. If vendors are serious and really want to sell, they will have to sell at real market prices and not for over high dream asking prices that no regular person would think of paying. If vendors keep demanding rediculous prices, there will be hundreds of properties for sale but no one to buy them!!!!!!


"Bloomhousing" and "Buchman Real Estate" have at least 14 exclusive properties for sale in Buchman alone, proving that most vendors and buyers understand that we are the best brokers to represent them.  Many other realtors  are coming to us with their clients to find good properties.
