Dear Blog readers. Due to variuos reasons I have not been writing on the blog for quite a while. Well last week David from London phoned me  and asked why I am not writing on the blog any more. Well I hope that from today I shall continue to write daily on the blog. Thank you David you have convinced me to find time and continue to write frequently on this blog about what is going on with regards to real estate in Israel. 

Tuesday 17th June is a big day in Modiin. Finally the Azrielli shopping mall will open. So with the trains already running Modiin is becoming a really exciting city. Offers for jobs are plastered over the local papers and with the improvement of transport and job opportunties, Modiin is sure to be one of the finest cities in Israel.

As to the real estate situation, the world economy has meant that Anglo's have less Shekels when converting their local currencies, and with the plummeting real estate markets in the USA and UK, many would be buyers are holding back at the moment. Even so, Bloomhousing has been involved in many sales of houses especially in Buchman, Modiin over the past few months.

So please keep looking at this blog and I will do my best to update as frequently as possible.
