Bloomhousing and Buchman Real Estate have jointly sold a number of houses in Buchman over the last few months.  A few examples are: A Malibu villa in Dan Street, a Zilbermintz house in Shimon Street, a Sarfaty house with basement in Shimon street, a kaf alef villa in Yehuda street and only this week a beautiful Dankner house in Binyamin Street.  This proves that together Bloomhousing and Buchman Real Estate have the knowledge and experience to bring their clients to the most suitable properties and know how to close deals. Only yesterday I visited a house in South Buchman. The owner was asking in my opinion about 400,000 NIS over the market price.
Why? He said that he had originally asked for my estimated price but other agents told him to raise the price. I would be very interested to know if these other "agents" have actually sold anything at those dream prices that they are advising. Both Jacob Lichter and myself know what the true market is because we are not dreaming of selling properties at rediculous prices but are actually closing big deals and know what buyers are actually prepared to pay for Buchman properties. We would never expect our clients to pay over the market prices unless they were very aware of the fact and wished to move ahead. I walked out of the South Buchman house without signing the house owner. I told him to choose a more realistic asking price. 
 
The Azrielli shopping mall opened last night. Thousands of shoppers went to see Modiin's new addition.
