The mall is located next to the central railway station and is close to Dimri Towers and is situated in a very strategic position close to Anabe park and in walking distance from Buchman and Kaiser neighborhoods. There are a tremendous amount of  varied and interesting shops and eating places in the mall. Since the opening of this awesome project, Modiin seems to have become a far more exciting city, the residents seem happier and more content. Car parking spaces in abundance, a cinema and rental apartments and offices  soon to be occupied, Modiin can truly breathe deeply knowing that this small and dynamic city has taken a giant step forward.
